I'm Hannah, a singer and voice teacher.
I have been singing in one way or another for most of my life. I began singing in high school, where I performed in several musicals and plays. I excelled as a vocalist and started casually taking voice lessons in high school. Once I transitioned to college, I prioritized singing and began to pursue a career in it. In undergraduate school, I performed in choirs and took on roles in full operas and scenes from various operas and musicals. It was my second voice professor in college who fostered a passion of singing in me and inspired me to continue to deepen my knowledge and skill of the singing voice. In addition to voice, I studied music theory, music history, education, conducting, and diction of foreign languages.

I moved on to receiving a choral directing and guitar instruction job in the Boise School District in Idaho, where my choir programs participated in tours, concerts, and community performances. I taught in the district for three years before resigning and beginning my private voice studio in the summer of 2023. I gained a great deal of expertise in the choral director position, which carried through to private lessons. In addition to choral directing, I was a member of the American Choral Director's Association for five years, where I gleaned from other directors in the Northwest.
Today, I teach voice and guitar lessons via Bel Canto Studio, and sing in a proficient church choir.
